The Legacy Project- Our Lives of Consumption and Waste
Art Installation will be presented at Brookside Gardens in Wheaton MD from April 1st-May 1st 2019.
A Site-Specific Visual and Sculptural Art Installation project created by Keira Hart-Mendoza, Margie Jervis, and UpRooted Dance. Sculptures and sites at Brookside Gardens will be "littered" with upcycled work of the artists created from their own trash and trash from their communities. You can visit the gardens and see the work throughout the garden's conservatory, perennial gardens, and wedding gazebo.
On April 28th, join UpRooted Dance for a performance event at Brookside as part of this year's GreenFest 2019.
